Introduction Dialogs - Shop and MediCenter
Both the Relic shop and MediCenter have welcome dialogs to introduce you to the characters and setting. I felt this was really missing from the user experience and important for onboarding into the game world.
Upgrading now feels awesome - like it should!
When you appraise a Relic it will now have a little analysis delay and visually show the Relic has been appraised. Also a cost for appraisal has been added - as the shopkeeper doing this for free didn't really make sense. A similar improvement has been made for the MediCenter - when you heal your Hunter or when you upgrade a stat.
Other Changes
- Spawned enemies have dynamic stats based on the average Hunter level in the match.
- Enemy spawn limits have been introduced. This means you will no longer have situation where too many strong enemies have spawned.
Wrapping up
Thanks to all the players who have reported bugs and feedback so far! Very excited to progress further in getting the game ready for Steam.
